本機(jī)特點(diǎn)：
一、本機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)易故障率低。
二、密閉式設(shè)計(jì)可防止溶劑揮發(fā)，避免因沾藥水造成容器內(nèi)的污染，可節(jié)約25%左右藥水的浪費(fèi)。
三、不需經(jīng)沾藥水的過(guò)程，可提高10%以上之工作效率，在操作中有充分的自我檢視時(shí)間。
四、腳踏開(kāi)關(guān)及壓管開(kāi)關(guān)之氣壓須維持在4KG/cm2左右。
五、壓管開(kāi)關(guān)內(nèi)之軟管需每個(gè)月更換一次，以免造成破損導(dǎo)致漏膠水情況，屬月保養(yǎng)。
六、JW-302配備可調(diào)式氣動(dòng)攪拌器，可將容器內(nèi)添加物自動(dòng)攪拌均勻，避免有沉澱及濃度不均勻的現(xiàn)象。
七、若溶劑內(nèi)加入三氯三聚異氰酸（B粉）強(qiáng)氧化劑，需在有效時(shí)間（2-4小時(shí)）內(nèi)使用完，並且注意使用時(shí)須將攪拌器速度調(diào)慢，藥水罐及管壁上容易附著B(niǎo)粉，須每天清理。
